牡丹水庫14日上午7時，放水量調升為每秒106.8立方公尺，至昨日下午2時止，平均進流量430.2ms，洩洪放水量430.2cms，水庫蓄水百分比79.1%。也呼籲下游民眾務必注意安全、遠離河床。

    交通部分，台鐵南迴線各級列車14日全面停駛，西部幹線區間車嘉義至屏東間全部停駛，視風雨情形陸續恢復行駛；東琉線交通船14日全日停駛。橋樑部分，包括台1線楓港大橋、三地門鄉口社大橋、萬巒鄉佳平橋、恆春鎮龍潭橋及龍鑾一號橋，都因溪水暴漲封閉。
